Rezultate foarte bune, as spune ca mult peste alte creme din comert, am vazut la folosirea Gelului relaxant cu Spanz. Aplicati acest gel de doua ori pe zi , dimineata si seara, si masati muschiul pana cand gelul  se absoarbe in piele. Dupa un repaus de 2 saptamani daca simti ca nu mai sunt dureri la nivelul muschiului puteti incepe usor exercitii de recuperare. Plantele pot avea de multe ori efecte miraculoase in tratarea acestor afectiuni sau a simtomelor care le insotesc.&lt;br /&gt;                Pentru aceasta se bea dimineata si seara ,cu 1/2 ora inainte de mancare cate o cana cu infuzie de coada calului, iar in timpul zilei se consuma 4 cani cu infuzie de urzica si 2 cani cu infuzie de cimbru.&lt;br /&gt;                Local se aplica esenta de tataneasa , frunze de varza cruda si comprese de coada calului. Se pune1 lingurita cu varf din acest amestec la 1/4 litru de apa si se face o infuzie. Dupa natura  si rolul lor in organism, &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;substantele nutritive&lt;/span&gt; se impart in cinci grupe: proteine, lipide, glucide, elemente minerale si vitamine. Fiecare substanta nutritiva indeplineste roluri bine definite,neputand fi inlocuite unele cu altele.In alimentatia corecta a unei persoane  trebuie sa se asigure toate aceste trofine in cantitati optime. Necesitatile nutritive variaza mult de la un individ la altul, depinzand de varsta, corpolenta, sex, felul si intensitatea activitatii, conditiile de mediu ambiant. Din acest punct de vedere, constituie o greseala nu numai neasigurarea in cantitati suficiente a uneia sau mai multor substante nutritive, ci si consumul exagerat fata de nevoile reale ale organismului.&lt;br /&gt;   &lt;br /&gt;Vom prezenta detaliat tipul de alimente si continutul lor in substante nutritive pentru cei interesati sa-si alcatuiasca un meniu echilibrat in cazul unor diete alimentare.&lt;br /&gt;      Proteinele sunt  substante nutritive necesare formarii celulelor si tesuturilor moi ale organisnului, intra in structura tuturor enzimelor ,ajuta la functionare glandelor endocrine si a tuturor proceselor metabolice, in formarea anticorpilor cu rol de aparare a organismului impotriva bolilor infectioase. Inainte de a incepe &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;dieta daneza&lt;/span&gt; cititi cu atentie randurile de mai jos si cosultati un medic nutritionist.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Aceasta &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;dieta&lt;/span&gt; aduce modificari in metabolism, modificari care pot tine pana la 2 ani. Aceasta inseamna ca dupa ce terminati &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;dieta daneza&lt;/span&gt; puteti sa mancati normal fara sa va ingrasati, practic ea actioneaza si dupa terminarea celor 13 zile. Daca tineti in mod riguros aceasta dieta puteti sa slabiti intre 5 si 20 de kg , insa odata terminata dieta daneza nu mai trebuie tinuta timp de 2 ani. Daca in timpul de 13 zile va abateti de la &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;regulile dietei daneze&lt;/span&gt;, incetati continuarea ei imediat deoarece nu va mai avea efecte asupra metebolismului. Vorbim astfel de o dieta de lunga durata. Nutritionistii avertizeaza insa ca o continuare a &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;diete&lt;/span&gt;i cu mai putin de 1200 de calorii consumate pe zi trebuie supravegheata de medici.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Dieta cu orez&lt;/span&gt; presupune consumul de boabe de amidon, fasole cu continut scazut de sodiu, fructe , legume si lactate cu continut scazut de proteine.
